Subscriptions & Payments
Subscription fees are payable only through the official payment channels listed on our Contact page, in Optitrade's name — never to an individual employee's personal account. We are not responsible for, and cannot recover, payments sent to unofficial, unverified, or third-party accounts claiming to represent Optitrade. Please keep your payment confirmation and any correspondence relating to your subscription; we may ask you to produce it if a payment-related question comes up.
Refunds & Cancellations
Once a subscription period has begun and research has been delivered for that period, fees for the period already availed are treated as earned and are not refundable on the basis of dissatisfaction with trading outcomes — market performance is outside our control and is not a valid ground for a refund. Where a client requests cancellation partway through a plan, any refund is considered only for the clearly unused remainder of the subscription term, calculated on a pro-rata basis after deducting taxes, payment-processing charges and any administrative costs already incurred. By subscribing and completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this refund approach along with the rest of this page.
Intellectual Property
Everything we publish — research reports, charts, written analysis, graphics, the Optitrade name and logo, and the text of this website — is the intellectual property of Optitrade and is made available to you for your own personal use only. You may not copy, screenshot, forward, republish, resell or otherwise redistribute our research or website content, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. Where you submit content to us (for example, in an enquiry or support message), you grant us a license to use it for the purpose of responding to you and improving our service.
